Refund policy

We stand behind our products however due to food safety and FDA regulations, no product that comes directly in contact with food can be returned after being used. For that reason, we ask that you keep stickers on your product until it is ready to use. 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product after you start using it. Please do reach out to our Customer Advocate team and we will solve your issue.

We do give a lifetime warranty on all our products against manufacturing defect as long as it is cared for properly. We recommend using only the highest quality food grade mineral oil. No harsh chemical cleaners like bleach or ammonia should ever be used.
